When I decided to take a Spanish course in Spain I searched on the internet to find possible locations. =elemadrid= was one of about 5 schools I found that looked promising. I didn´t visit =elemadrid= prior to choosing my course, though I did visit one of the others. What convinced me to come to =elemadrid= was that the courses are designed for adults, apecifically those that need to learn a significant amount of Spanish in a short period of time.
I would highly recommend =elemadrid= to all levels of Spanish learners. The school itself is well located and all the teachers are fully qualified Spanish tutors. You are always kept well informed from the moment you inscribe to when you leave. The immersion activities are very well designed and the teachers are so emphusiastic about teaching them that it would be impossible not to enjoy them. =elemadrid= may not be the cheapest option, but it is excellent value for money! |

Excellent. Great location, small classes, friendly staff and a genereally high standard of teaching.
Possobily the best part was the practie immersion programme - a wide variety of topics (see website) to inform you about Spain, the Spanish and their culture.
My advice: go on your own, sign up for everything, do a couple of hours homework per day, make new friends, discover Madrid - and of course, improve your Spanish! |

I throughly enjoyed my time at =elemadrid=. The school itself has a very friendly atmosphere with a number of very friendly staff always available to advise or help you in any way possible. I especially enjoyed the teaching techniques in class with lively and enthusiastic teachers and also the practice immersion activities which I found primarily improved my listening ability in Spanish. My accommodation met all my needs and more with a friendly family who involved me in many aspects of day to day in Madrid. I am looking forward to returning next year. |

I did a one week at =elemadrid= at Easter, which I found very enthousing. Part group part one to one sessions. I then returned after 6 months to really try to main my understanding. This time in one-to-one sessions. The tutors quickly assiessed my level and I could feel the progress made during the week - noted also by my spanish colleagues. The fact they tailer courses is a real plus! |

I came to Elemadrid with low expectations, I had studied in an Adult Education Class in England for about a year. I had a good vocabulary and understood the frammatical construction of the language. However, I could not speak and this had reached the level of becoming a phobia| My week at Elemadrid was excellent, my speech is still slow, but it happens! I will come again and I will look forward to my next visit. |

I would highly recommend =elemadrid= not solely because of the excellent teaching but also the individual thought and attention evidently applied to each students teaching needs. I have also been impressed by the additional activities organised, in particular the "Rainbow Immersion Activities", surprisingly accessible, even to beginners with very little Spanish. I've had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. |

Background administration and organisation was highly effective and efficient. Teaching environment/classrooms of high standard. Quality of teaching in group and individual sessions was of the highest standard and very consistent. My core tutors were Karma and Ana who were very efficient in ensuring you maximised your learning. Tuition was informal but professional and effective at all times. Overall, I think it would be difficult to beat the =elemadrid= course in terms of learning and value for money. My tutors were proactive at all times ensuring I was pushed to my limits for learning whilst being enjoyable at all times. |

Whatever your level of Spanish I can heartily recommend elemadrid. The staff are all most helpfull and pleasant and the mix of ages, profession and nationalities amongst the students is very stimulating. As one of the older students I never felt out of place. The standard of teaching is high - classes are extremely well prepared, with interesting methods and ideas, and teaching staff always enthusiastic and helpful. Staff at school are very welcoming.
