EN EL HOTEL
A-CUATRO SITUACIONES
1ª SITUACIÓN: Buscando un hotel
Señor 1: Perdone, ¿hay un hotel cerca de aquí?
Señor 2: Sí, hay uno aquí al lado, en la calle Puerto Rico.
Mire, gire la primera calle a la derecha, luego
camine todo recto y por último, gire la segunda a
la izquierda.
Señor 1: Entonces, la primera a la derecha, luego todo recto
y después la segunda a la izquierda.
Señor 2: Sí, eso es.
Señor 1: Muchas gracias.
Señor 2: De nada.
2ª SITUACIÓN: Reservando una habitación por teléfono
Recepcionista: Hotel Madrid, dígame.
Cliente: Buenos días, quería saber el precio de una habitación
individual.
Recepcionista: ¿Para qué fechas quiere hacer la reserva?
Cliente: Para el mes de marzo, sería para los días 12,13 y 14.
Recepcionista: ¿Quiere media pensión o pensión completa?
Cliente: No, no sólo quiero la habitación. El desayuno está
incluido ¿no?
Recepcionista: Sí, sí. Bueno, el precio por noche es de 58 euros.
Cliente: ¿Podría hacer la reserva ya?
Recepcionista: Sí, por supuesto. ¿A nombre de quién ?
Cliente: De Pedro Alonso García
3ª SITUACIÓN: En la recepción del hotel
Recepcionista: Buenas tardes, ¿qué desea?
Cliente: Buenas. Tengo una habitación reservada a nombre de
Marco Sanz.
Recepcionista: Un momento, por favor...Lo siento pero no tenemos nada
reservado a ese nombre.
Cliente: ¿Cómo?, mire, aquí tengo su fax confirmando la reserva.
Recepcionista: Voy a mirar otra vez, un momento. ¡Perdone!, aquí está.
¿Me deja su carné de identidad?
Cliente: Sí, claro.
Recepcionista: Aquí tiene la llave de su habitación es la 245.
Inmediatamente el botones le sube el equipaje a la
habitación. Qué pase una feliz estancia!
Cliente: Gracias.
4ª SITUACIÓN: Problemas en el hotel
Cliente: Buenas tardes. Mire, el servicio de limpieza de la
habitación no me ha cambiado el juego de toallas. ¿Me
podrían poner uno limpio?
Recepcionista: Dígame cuál es su habitación.
Cliente: La 301.
Recepcionista: Muy bien, en seguida se lo comunico al encargado.
Cliente: Gracias.
